1. Services White Rose Alchemy provides coaching services focused on emotional clarity, somatic awareness, and personal development. Results may vary depending on your engagement and circumstances. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

•  Be honest and forthcoming during coaching sessions.

•  Respect session times and agreed-upon commitments.

•  Understand that statutory consumer rights may apply for EU, US, and Canadian

• clients, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

 

3. Booking and Payment
 Payments must be completed before sessions begin.  We accept payments via [list accepted methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal].
 Session bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
 Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] before a scheduled session.  Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.  EU clients have a statutory right to cancel online services within 14 days unless the service has already started with their consent.  Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of White Rose Alchemy.

5. Confidentiality
 All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential.  Information may be disclosed only if legally required or with client consent.

6. Intellectual Property
 All content on the White Rose Alchemy website, including text, images, and resources, is the intellectual property of White Rose Alchemy.  Clients may use materials for personal development only and may not distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
 White Rose Alchemy is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from coaching services, except as required by applicable law.  Clients participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for decisions made based on coaching guidance.

8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. International clients retain any statutory rights in their country (e.g., EU consumer rights, US consumer protection laws, Canadian laws) that cannot be waived.
